Submitting a Support Ticket
When submitting a ticket, please include as much detail as possible in your message, along with the priority and current impact experience, to help us resolve your issue in a timely manner.
Once you submit a ticket, you will receive an email response with a ticket number and a link that will allow you to check the ticket status. The Lakera team will send updates to keep you informed on the progress and the resolution.
To submit a ticket, you can use any of the following methods:
- Email: Send an email to support@lakera.ai.
- Use the Lakera Platform: You can submit a ticket via chat from anywhere on platform.lakera.ai. To open a chat window with our support team, log into the platform, click on the black circle with the smiley chat icon in the bottom right of the window. Your chat will be converted into a support ticket and allow you to further communicate with us either through email or chat.
